Your Cake of the Day is another from the Irish cake collaboration tribute to Studio Ghibli. This one, of course, is from My Neighbour Totoro. He's made of cake and apparently weighs a ton. This cake was made by Niamh Geraghty of the Perfectionist Confectionist.

Your Cake of the Day is part of a new collaboration taking place amongst a group of my cake friends from Ireland. The project is to honour Studio Ghibli. Celebration!

Celebration! My biggest Totoro has two eyes again! My daughter had shown special interest into the right eye when she was younger, and I just never found a way to reinsert the eye - until now.

If you have a similar plush figure: Never let an eye come out, it's a pain to put it back.
