The interesting part starts with the location at which I took the photo: A men's restroom. It was at IKEA (but the basement parking lot, not the store), but still this is the first time I noticed such a facility in a men's restroom here in Taiwan. Surprise...
In case you are curious, the Chinese text says you can get diapers at the service desk on the first floor.
