What you see here is the still pretty new (but the wrapping is off) Gaoxiong exhibition hall. Until recently the city had a "World Trade Center", but to avoid deadly embarrassment, nobody will show you that one.
You can also tell this place is new because the parking lot is not paved, which adds some excitement during rain. No, it is not raining these days. Boring, I know...
