"Luwei" means "simmered flavour". This basically means that a variety of goodies gets chopped, thrown into a magic potion and is ready to be eaten after a mandatory waiting period passed.
What exactly gets chopped and thrown in is your choice. Just grab a bowl and add whatever you like, many places will list item prices somewhere.
Now while basically every such place will ask you "Do you want it spicy?", the place I went to specialized in spiciness and today I went for "really spicy".
You can't see it on the photo, the noodles look very innocent, but this was gooo... ho... ho... hot!
