Oh really? A plastic box running on 5V will shock me? The quality maybe, but not the voltage. And fire? Not completely impossible, but very difficult. Those things don't consume much power, so a 5V 2A PSU is very sufficient. But not necessarily for fire. You want a fire hazard? Check your phone charger...
