JAnnabelle ugh, that's difficult to answer, because there are quite a few varieties. One very common kind that I too get sometimes is "egg cake", a kind of pancake, to which you can add all kinds of flavours which are added during frying (on a metal surface like teppanyaki), like tuna, corn, cheese. You can often ask for adding extra egg and/or cheese.
There are also other pancakes that I quite like, but tomorrow morning I will get my usual chicken filet burger. Burgers are also available in all kinds of flavours. There are also people eating fried or baked chicken nuggets.
Another large group are "mantou", basically steamed bread rolls. Again, varieties... When filled with meat they are called "roubao", meat buns. Then we have rice balls (not all look like balls) and of course also sandwiches. And more...
