A bouquet plate of potato roses is the result of today's kitchen activity with students. Only three students registered, probably because most had no idea what I was talking about in the announcement.

JAnnabelle I haven't seen an apple version. Here you cut slices, lay them out stacked in a row, brush or sprinkle on condiments, then roll the row up. How is it done with apples?

Olaf Fichtner You can get them singly in the supermarkets here but we use a local farm shop as buying in bulk is cheaper. We let some go to seed and will plant them out later but you really need that rich red soil in the Sotira area of Cyprus to plant them in
