Interesting: I think I can start a baking club, the last few weeks I have basically had the same students (only minor variations) coming to my Thursday baking activity. When we finished today, they asked directly "And what can we do next week?"

Today we played with bread rolls. Yes, played: We made dough from three different kinds of flour and after the first batch to show them the differences they got "creative" with the second batch (the first photo).

And yes, the chopsticks... She said the bread was too hot to hold in her hand. Welcome to Taiwan...

We went to a restaurant, about 6 or 8 of us, and sat down and ordered drinks. The owner came out and there was a conversation, then everyone got up to leave and I was told that we will go somewhere else. I asked why, to be told that this restaurant does not have knives and forks. I told them that I can use chopsticks, which seemed to surprise them, so they all sat down and we got on the meal.

I had many experiences in Taiwan, so the country has a soft spot for me. Hence I am intrigued by your presence and experiences there. Keep up the good work and enjoy. 😀; 1/6/18 14:46
