Jason ON, the video you posted recently was apparently not over the top, not even when that trigger-happy fearful cop shot a black colleague, because that just happened. The reason is (surprise!), that the white cop feared for his safety.
A gun was involved, but reading the article will show just how "reasonable" that fear was...
