Most people stay inside during a typhoon, so the streets are empty and it is pretty boring.

Most people stay inside during a typhoon, so the streets are empty and it is pretty boring.

During such time, scooters usually just lay down and get some rest, while letter boxes use the opportunity for some long-needed gymnastics.
