bilingual HTML pages with CSS

I had the requirement to create bilingual HTML pages, but did not want to display both languages at the same time. So I dug around but only found switching of images. After some more digging and logical thinking I finally understood how I could solve this, using flyover/hover to switch the language displayed under the cursor. (multilingual...;-)) Explanations are here and you can see how it works here.
