It looks like the police is now much more relaxed than a few years ago. In case you never heard of this: There is a group calling itself "Improv Everywhere" (no typo) who organises a number of crazy activities, like this annual subway ride without trousers. They also hold board meetings in a furniture store or go to visit Best Buy - all dressed in beige trousers and blue polo shirts...
