If I am not mistaken this should have been recorded in Nepal. Unfortunately Pogo has reposted all his videos without description and with comments disabled, so I can't be sure. But this is how the area looked like before the quake.
Don't try to make sense of what they say, Pogo always uses language as just another instrument. People have gone nuts trying to find meaningful phrases in his other videos.
