Your Cake of the Day is part of a new collaboration taking place amongst a group of my cake friends from Ireland. The project is to honour Studio Ghibli. I'm very please to post one of the first pieces to come out of this collaboration and it's of one of my favourites, Hayao Miyazaki. This masterpiece was created by Karen Geraghty of Bake Cake Create:
